Vineyard Characteristics

The Chardonnay is grown in the Region of Buje, on the hill above the Valley of Ferné. This location has an ideal micro climate for growing wines with a distinctive bouquet.

After the light pressing, the wine must undergoes controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels. This is followed by several months of maturing on its lees until spring when the wine is coupaged and bottled.
