Vineyard Characteristics
The Chardonnay is grown in the Region of Buje, on the hill above the Valley of Ferné. This location has an ideal micro climate for growing wines with a distinctive bouquet.
Vinification and Maturing
After the light pressing, the wine must undergoes controlled fermentation in stainless steel barrels. This is followed by several months of maturing on its lees until spring when the wine is coupaged and bottled.

Cooked fruit and honey notes, followed by bread crust, spice herbs, orange zest and dried figs

Soft, rich, delicious and warm with sensible aromas of honey and dried fruit and a long, almost balsamic finish and peppery spices in traces
